Sorry to the person earlier I said there xbox was crap, not I am having issues where minecraft will not even launch. If this dont get fixed soon you all may never hear from me again because I will go crazy and get locked up in an insane asylum.
Why not try deleting it and redownloading it? Or you could try launching the game in multiple ways. You could use the quick launch in the Xbox Guide, Quickplay on the Xbox Dashboard, or go all the way to the game on the Marketplace and hit Play Now.
See if any of those work.
