When I play splitscreen with my brother, when we are a good distance from each other, when experience lag. I don't mean you break a block and it reappers lag, I mean fps drop lag. I am playing offline sonwe are the only ones playing and we didn't even build much, a quarter of a mansion and a huge plantation that only has about 4 wheat growing. This even happened when we first made the world.

Yeah, it happens to me also. I posted it in the known bugs list an update or 2 ago. But nothing has been done about it yet. It happens all the time when one of us goes on the crafting table/furnace.
only problem i have found is that when i have my guest on and im in the creative menu or crafting menu the cursor moves slower than if i was in single player. im not sure if this is a bug or not

Like I said, your Xbox is running 2-4 people on the same screen. The game is going to lag. The xbox is not even remotely close to an average gaming PC. It's old.
