4J Studios has said that due to Microsoft rules they cannot release new achievements without
dlc. Now I was thinking isn't a Skin pack a technical DLC? So could 4J studios, if they wanted, release achievements with the next skin pack? (Clearly we wont get any with SP1)
I believe that 4J has planned to add new achievements to the game with this skin pack actually. If not they have announced that there will eventually be new achievements
