Lol, I've got to wonder if we are playing the same game. I've been playing this pretty much daily since release and haven't had a single one of these bugs. The only problem I had was game freezing while leaving the nether. I've even had good luck with the pistons, got sixty-four going in one machine and no problems.
I do play mostly offline though, don't know if that makes a difference. Also haven't duped anything either.
I had that one and only problem too but it only happened once and now I can come and go as I please w/no freezing at all to **** **** up in the nether(just ask the family members of the dead ghasts i leave in my wake)
Honestly I don't see how people can claim your lagging if your playing on your own.
Seeing as how it's all running off your HDD - I would understand if you were connected to a host or hosting something yourself, But if your in a single player world, lag shouldn't be an issue since your not sending a signal to anyone or anything.
Maybe because the offline mode runs through a local server. I frequently get lag while offline as well.

Minecraft makes you lose weight if you post in forums and literally shake with anger when someone posts something stupid.

Even then you shouldn't be having problems. Unless your xbox is over heating - then I would understand the lag.
But if your in a single player world with no one in your game, you should be fine. I've never experienced any of these in my single player world. Only when I'm playing with my friends - do I see these problems occur. But that's because my friend just has horrible Internet speed.
Plus the "local server" would be yourself, seeings as how it would run off your Xbox console. There's no need for the game to go out and start talking to any other device besides XBL - which shows you which friends are online/messages/and talking in a party and updating the Minecraft Leader Boards. It's like when you buy a single player game on your computer. You download it, and then it's just there - stored on your PC. It wont go out and start randomly taking up a lot of bandwidth when you play it.
Nah my xbox is fairly cool in this weather.
And when I say local server, I mean running on lan (just by yourself). This let's it do seamless transitions from offline to online without having to do anything other than plug your internet cable in and maybe re-load your game. And I think the pc version (1.3? I don't pay attention to snapshots) update will soon be resorting to this method as well. Whoopdee doo.
Of course the actual 1.7.3 PC version never did this, as it ran straight from the HDD. No lag at all.

Number 1, the blocks building them selves back when i mine them. (frequently.)
Number 2, Lag, When i break something it takes probably over 25 seconds to register and pop out so i can grab them. also, button pushing, lever, ect. also lag when i push them and take over 25 seconds to register (Not Frequently)
Number 3, Slimes not breaking when you hit them with a sword. (Everytime)
Number 4, Bouncing, or getting stuck, This is a very annoying one. When i spawn in after dying in i will spawn next to my bed stuck and repeatedly bouncing. i have to break the block under me to fix it. Also, it happens a lot more frequently going into the nether (Somewhat Frequently)
Number 5, TNT laging you out of the game. Usually happens with around 7-8< (Frequently)
Number 6, Minecarts having big lag spikes and world no rendering quick enough for it. Will also cause me to be stuck and bounce like Number 4.(Very Frequently)
Number 7, Not being able to connect to your own game (Unlikley to happen)
Number 8, Long respawns. some times over 5 minutes (Farely Frequent)
~~~~~~~~These are the biggest bugs ive been having Number 1 and 4 being the most Frusterating. Anyways loving the game and cant wait for new updates and fun to be had in the future. Post if youve been having the same ones or differnt very frusterating bugs.
dude most (if not all) of those problems are not bugs its just you or the people you are playing with having shitty walmart connection
