Before the latest update, I've suffered through the game freezing when entering the Nether and the O-so-fun inventory wipe every time I load my game. THAT I could deal with. Post update; my game freezes for no apparent reason at random moments. It's really killing my addiction. Anyone else suffering this horrible fate?
I've had it randomly freeze twice since the update, and I plus 3 more lost an hour of building each, so that sucked each time.
Have to love how they put in an update and it breaks everything else. Why? WHY? WHYYYYY?! do companies always put out updates and patches before fixing bugs, too? Oh yeah, $$$$.
Weird..I never have or had any of those problem's!
Did you dupe?
Could try re downloading minecraft(long wait)
Are you online with people..Try offline, Do you have a lot going on in your world? ect, ect, ect
There are many reasons this could be happening to you.
Only prob's i have is my lighthouse drop's framerate down real bad!

That doesn't make any sense. They already HAVE your money, they could just say FU and not give you any updates at all. They don't charge for them, anyway, so quitcher whining.
Yep, that's what happens when everybody gets their panties in a twist about the update release. Although I feel like if 4j had the cajones to give it a release date August 1, people would have been happy because they had a set in stone date, and we'd be happy because they'd have more time to fix bugs. I don't really like this strategy they have right now that seems to be "fly by the seat of our pants" It just seems messy the way they handle things right now, but hey, I guess we the players can just keep being the beta testers and people can just keep rushing 4j so they release unfinished product.

Without the skin... Beneath the storm... Under these tears...The walls came down
I've never had any bugs people complain about.
No freezing, no inventory wipes... No nether portal freeze. So idk

Religion, has actually convinced people, that there's an invisible man, living in the sky, who watches everything you do every minute of the day, and the invisible man has a special list. Of 10 things he doesn't want you to do. And if you do ANY of these ten things he has a special place, full of fire, and smoke, and burning, and torture, and will send you there to suffer and choke and scream for all of eternity... But he still loves you.
The only "bug" I have experienced so far is this: I usually save my game whilst standing on top of my tower. Occasionally, when I come back, I spawn in midair next to the tower, fall, take no damage, and go on my way playing. Anyone else?
Kinda wish updates would make you not want to post inane topics.
Your not looking for answers, your not giving a heads up to bugs.Your simply venting on a forum...go torture cats or what ever it is you do with spare time.
I'm pretty sure all Testing is done by microsoft and also am sure its Microsoft who decide on release dates.
4J are just the company porting it over and fixing the bugs.
If your saying that MS forced 4j to release a product they knew wasn't finished, then sorry, I just don't buy that. Microsoft might set the release dates, but I'm sure that they wait until the game developer gives them the product to release. I don't think the microsoft staff forced them to release a buggy game.
So far on every topic like this one there seems to be a 50/50 split between people that experience at least one game-breaking bug, and people who experience none at all. I personally think that's far too many. $20 might not seem like a lot of money to spend on a game, but generally when I buy something, I expect it to work as advertised.
Edit: Just wanted to add. I can handle bugs to a point, I am a fan of bethesda rpgs so it kinda comes with the territory. But everytime i get on minecraft, it's almost a guarantee that someone I'm playing mp with or myself will be affected by a bug

Maybe you missed this part: " Anyone else suffering this horrible fate? " Oh, I'm guessing your the type that fails to actually READ the post, or anyone else's, before spewing your sarcasm, let alone comprehend it. Not to mention, failing to answer the question.

Lol Legend Of Zelda Majora's Mask XD
he didn't mean we literally are the testers. he meant there's so many bugs in this game, it feels like we are.
This thread bores me.
