Skin Pack is not appearing on DLC menu!

I don't know if this is a glitch or not, but the Downloadable skins pack is not appearing on the DLC menu! Where the hell do I buy it?

They are not released yet and they are not gonna be released today or this weekend.

I know, I was mad when they didn't release it today when all the websites on the internet that talked about the update stated that the dlc would be released the same day.
