Ya know what really grinds my gears? Whenever I need a particular item (wool, gold, etc.) it always seems to be in short supply. Then whenever I finish whatever project said item was required for, I end up running into it everywhere. Shenanigans.
That, and being too arrogant/lazy to save and having to restart 2+ hours of work.
People that dont sleep through the night in multiplayer, despite you jumping into a bed repeatedly 400 times in a row making it clear you want to skip to day time

I hate it when I just run short of materials, only to have to run around and wait while they cook in a furnace. Also when people put materials in the wrong chest.
I hate it when people chop trees but leave the last block of wood up at the top of a tree when they can't get it. It really irritates me. Its just a block of wood and leaves in the air everywhere I go. I hate this so much that its ACTUALLY A RULE in my server to get all wood when chopping trees.
I hate it when newbies look around in chests and take something. Even the most useless item, I hate it when they take something. IT IS THERE FOR A REASON! Also putting wrong items into wrong chests. I do not want a feather mixed with my gold and iron. That is why I follow newbies and when they look into chests, I look also to make sure they don't take anything. One time, a newbie took my 30+ diamonds and I killed him. Take any valuables, you will get killed by me, no warning.
I hate it when people are fighting overall. Minecraft is about imagination and survival and you are not supposed to kill players.

A random came in and went right into my chest and took my armor.

I always use red wool for carpets in my world and this seems to be an issue with me. Same with food and pigs.
