The things in this list can be obtained in infinite amounts in Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition (without duping). Some of these things do depend on certain variables though. things like snow, cactus, or sugar cane may be completely absent from a world. Though that may happen, that does not change the fact they are renewable. It just means they aren't renewable for anyone who lacks them. Also, difficulty can affect certain items on the list. Things like bones, gunpowder, string, and other hostile mob drops, won't be renewable if you only play on Peaceful.
I don't think I missed anything, but if I did, let me know and I'll add it to the list.
A guy a couple posts above said he tested last night and it still wasn't fixed. Or was he saying, "No, it is fixed"
I have a question though... anyone feel free to answer. Is there a practical way to make Ice? and is it possible for me to make an ice floor/wall?
He said you keep your buckets, which to me means he was confirming it's fixed.
As for making Ice, I wouldn't call it practical.
The only way to make ice walls is to make a sort of mold, then fill it with a single layer of water all source blocks. Let the water freeze, then move the mold up one block and repeat.
For floors, it's easier. Make sure nothing is blocking the water from the sky, in a snow biome obviously, and the water will freeze eventually. Also not that only source blocks freeze, not the moving water. Any light source withing 4 blocks of the ice will cause it to melt.
And no one repped you Must? Damn, we got some freeloaders over here.
I'm seriously loving this list, because I too was asking myself "Hmm what blocks are practically infinite no matter what?". The only disappointing thing is that if some blocks blow up via creeper or TNT, naturally you miss out on 40% of the blocks (the more durable a material is, the less blocks that are lost). Boats aren't exactly "infinite" due to how when you break it (unlike most of the materials listed), it just returns as sticks and wooden planks. Of course since those are infinite, I guess boats are well-secured on that list.
Nevertheless, kudos dude - you have impressed me once again.

Thanks.
I included boats because they can be crafted infinitely. Wood is the only thing used to craft them and as long as you have trees, boats can be forever made.
I also just made the list so that people can see how many things can be forever obtained without the need for duping.
Obsidian is infinite, you simply make a nether portal, go through, break the portal with ghast shots, die, light it again, go through, find the old portal and mine it. Lather, rinse, repeat.
After the next update (pistons)
Sand will also be infinite.
Wrong and wrong.
Pistons need iron and redstone, which are not infinite. The sand thing is a glitch, and if they do let it slip through in 1.7.3, it will be fixed in 1.8.

Sand will also be infinite.
That is a glitch and will not be counted on the list. It's the same as the duplication glitch. I'm also pretty sure 4J will fix it, and if they don't, it's just sand.

Thanks. Added. I had forgotten that you could do that.

I always forget the simplest ones. Added to the list.
Everybody does.
It might be a gltich, but infinite sand would also mean infinite glass and TNT and sandstone as well.
It's a shame that's a bug and not a feature. Also a shame we don't have a means of generating sand legit.
Wouldn't everything u get from monsters be infinite since monsters just keep spawning?Never mind just rechecked the list those things are already on it
Ah, but alas, only one piston is required to make unlimited sand.
So, half unlimited.
Requires on object to get...
The sand generation glitch works as such,
Placing sand on a sticky piston that's facing the floor, fully extended (so, floor, sand, extended sticky piston) then repeatedly hitting a lever on and off somehow infinities (new word) the sand. Don't complain, just go with it.
People will complain because it's a glitch. 4J most likely already fixed it since there was a fix for it after 1.7.3. They probably pulled the fix forward.

If you have 3 buckets, then you can infinitely make cake as eggs, wheat, milk and sugar can all be renewed.
Damn Must, you beat me.

This thread bores me.
How is it done?

'Tis why I posted it.
