I am not sure if a topic for this has been started already, but does anyone know a good, easy and effective method of placing fences vertically (i.e on top of each other). i hae only achieved this once and with great difficulty. if you can help please do!
The current method in MC:360 is to Place dirt/sand/random blocks etc. in a stack with the height that you want. Next you start from the top and place the first fence, delete the block DIRECTLY UNDER that fence and place the second fence. Repeat those steps until desired amount of stacked fence is done. Or you can just wait for the update, which may possibly add stackable fences (don't know since I'm not actively stalking the forums for update info lol...I have better things to do)
the way i do is to place a mud block down first then place a fence on top off it. then remove the mud and the fence shoud be floating and you are able to place a fence under it as long as there is a solid block under the second fence your placing down
I = Fence
O = Mud Block

O I I
O O I
O O O
Little Picture to show what i mean if you ccan understand iu t
