Im looking for the seed with 1 tree on an island. Does anyone know what seed it is or can Point me to a link on where its posted. Thanks
I was wondering that myself and tbh I'm not sure it exists yet on MCXBL. I remember seeing videos for it on hardcore mode on PC if I remember correctly but like I said I'm not 100%sure it exists yet for Xbox. If you find it though post it and I'll do the same
really!? Does it work?? i've also been dying for a 1tree seed that way I can use my saplings accordingly and it makes it more challenging. If thats a 1tree seed then I will start it up tonight.
Are you looking for a custom map? or a skyblock map? They have no seeds, as they are custom built!
For myself this is always something that I wanted to know and I'm pretty sure the original poster of this thread would like to know also if it was on Xbox MC and I know that on the PC version there are a few seeds on hardcore where they'll put you on a map w/1 tree or on an island w/1tree and you have to make due w/what you have. It could've been a mod on PC but i think i heard somewhere before that there is a seed that can do that on PC but not xbox
I am currently working on a Survival Island inspired map for 360. I plan to upload the gamesave so others can play it etc.

NW corner (around -336, 66, -317) has a remote island with a solitary tree and some sugar cane. Closest thing I've seen to any type of survival island.

That would be skyblock, and has yet to be added as a seed onto the 360. I want my skyblock now!

If you want a true survival island, you will need to wait for the 1.8.2 update. IT is the only way to get a true survival island seed where you are on a single island, with endless ocean around you.
It is not possible to have that kind of map in the Xbox 360 Edition yet. The terrain generation does not allow it.

i figured as much but that seed you're talking about is the one I want but you think it will come in the 1.8.2 update? I haven't looked at the MC wiki past the upcoming update but will it mention that survival island seed McAngus? I should take a look at the wiki, I've been slacking the past few days

I don't see why it will say anything about a seed in the update.
Everyone should learn that once 1.8.2 comes out, all current seeds will no longer work. Glacier, gargamel, etc, etc will no longer give you the same maps because terrain generation code is going to change.
These seeds will give you a survival island once we have 1.8.2
Those are just a few seeds that will give survival islands once we get the update. I linked them to the sites I found them on so you can see pictures of what they'll look like (some pictures have texture packs or mods in them just fyi) Also, check out these sites to keep up with seeds as the versions change.

I figured it wouldn't mention a seed I thought maybe they would mention survival game modes on certain biomes. Those seeds look amazing and that's just what i was looking for. Thanks for taking the time to post the links. Can't wait til we get something to that extent
I found a sead that my friend has I'll ask him for it and it is a normal sead but thar is a island that has vary litle land an dirt just put a sapling a wala u have the closes thing to it
