This is how to fix the split- screen issue many people have. First of all, you GOTTA have a HDTV. If you don't, theres no point in reading this. Next, you need to have component cables for the xbox 360. This is the link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Gold-Plated-HDTV-Component-Composite-Audio-Video-AV-Cable-for-Xbox-360-/130646402046?pt=PDA_Accessories&hash=item1e6b21e3fe#ht_2598wt_932 Get if from ebay cause its cheap and all.I got mines from ebay and it shipped PRETTY quick. Once you have your cables, replace them with your default cables. If you don't know what I'm talking about, try to find a red, white, and yellow cable thingy. Then take that off and replace it with your component cable. You'll see a little switch on the big part of the cable. Switch it to the side where it says HDTV. Now you probably play in AV2 or AV1 on your HDTV. You can no longer play in that with your component cables. Go to your remote and change it from AV2 -> Component1. Thats the source button on the remote, btw. Once you've done that, turn on your xbox. Then press the silver button on the middle of your controller. The Xbox guide should show up. When you see that, go to settings. IN settings, it will say system settings. Once your in system settings, go to console settings. Then, once your in console settings, go into Display. In display, it will say HDTV settings. Click on that one. A list of quality settings will come up. Change it to 720p or HIGHER. And thats it! After you change your settings you should have no problem with the splitscreen. THE END. (Do you see the difference cuz I don't)
