My question is really quite simple. Does the X-Box 360 version of Minecraft follow the same guidelines that Minecraft for the PC does? My question stems from YouTube. On PC, YouTube allows you to monetize your videos if they do not have a title focusing on the name Minecraft. Some that are allowed are Let's Play Minecraft and so on.
That could end up being a legal **** storm lol So I'm not even going to bother saying anything because I have no clue. Before, you only had to worry about Mojang, who is cool with you doing pretty much anything Minecraft related. Now however, you have to deal with Microsoft and 4J Studios if your going to be doing things with the Xbox 360 Edition. i know this wasn't really helpful, but yeah. I have no clue.
If you had a series that was popular enough, Microsoft might give you their blessing. Just take a look at what happened with RoosterTeeth and Halo for the Red vs Blue series.
So just be RvB big.
