Mine Is down too and I'm in Kentucky. It says that I can connect to Xbox Live when I tested my connection so I'm guessing your right and that it's on there end.

When you test network settings there is a recommendation to reset network settings to default and then reboot the console, which I did. It did not help.

This is a known issue/outage, see the links in my first post.
Well idk what to tell you. Id recommend calling Microsoft support but you'll probably retire before you get someone. So my best recommendation is to go outside and live a little. Maybe ask out that girl (or guy) you had your eye on. And if you're married go spend some quality time with the loved ones! =D

Yep. I'm watching Federer-Djokovic at Wimbledon which I recorded earlier. So it's not a total loss. Normally I'd probably zip thru it at fast-forward speed just so I could get back to playing xbox. haha
Working fine in Nevada. I'd say that's the same region..... I thought the FBI DNS wasn't untill Monday. (joking) It is fine on my end though. I Had to check since ya brought up the topic.

Yeah I had that thought about that FBI story in the news too.
Ah well, nothing we can do but wait it out. If the outage is not system-wide, it's probably a mystery to them what's going on.

No it's just they're shutting down servers that they used to replace the servers the hackers used to hack computers. Dont ask me any of the mumbo jumbo about it, I havent the foggiest.
It's reginal. I'm gonna guess it's due to all the storms that recently hit the east coast. I've been out of power for over a week and now that it comes back on my live is down... Depressing stuff.
Guess I should back up to the hard drive every night. Live and learn. sigh
