I keep waking up to mobs attacking me, my doors are shut theres torches everywhere and ive looked up on the wiki about bed placement and followed everything ive seen but im still being attacked. is there anything else i can do?
I have this problem too. All you need to do is place the bed in an open space and place a torch ring around it. You might wake up again and it still be nighttime but the mobs won't bother you.
Hey guys, noticed this post and thought I could help. So a friend and I had this same exact problem. NOW my solution isn't ideal for everyone but if it works for you use it. So, my solution is this.
STEP 1: Place dirt outside your house blocking the door (That's what I originally did). Not working? Try this one.
STEP 2: create a smaller bedroom, I made it about a 5x5 I believe. Place a door in the middle, and try blocking that door from the outside also (This is not a guarentee and the last step should be the thing that works)
STEP 3: If you did my 5x5 room. This is the hardest of the ways for me to explain so I've tried to make a diagram.
So you will need to place a door in the middle of the wall. Now dig 3 blocks out (One right behind the door and one on each side) that are 3 deep!
