You people are boycotting and rioting over having to spend 5 dollars on a pack that has 40 SKINS! You're excuse for this is "On PC we could make our own!' Boo-hoo... Have you forgotten minecraft on the xbox is $7 less than minecraft on the PC/Mac? Meaning we are STILL paying less for the real game when we get this skin pack. And you had to pay for skins and stuff on PC too!
I swear, you people are babies... What? You can't spend less than minimum wage (per hour) for a skin pack?
For those of you who don't have a job or cannot get a job due to age. You shouldn't buy it. You need the money for better things. (If your parents are some full rich crap people, *I hate people like that, so stuck up* then just ask them. I mean, you probably earn $100 dollars each time you get an A on your 4th grade mid-term or report card.... I've honestly never had stuff like that, I did odd jobs.

And look at the fat people, rich people, stuck up people here.... And people still complain... Seems simple to me. If you want the skins then pay the cost to get them. If you don't want to pay then don't. Nobody is holding a gun to your head forcing you. As far as people saying its the principle of paying for something you can get free elsewhere, then go there and get the community made ones and play on pc. I for one am not planning on purchasing the skins but it isn't because of the price. It's because I don't play in 3rd person ( I very rarely see my character).

In lack of modesty, I think the new skins are a waste of money and time, overall. I always wear armor, which covers 90% of my character. I always play in 1st person, as 3rd person is too inconvenient with my big blocky head in the way. Not to mention, I only play with a very small community of trusted friends in invite-only sessions...so not many others will be seeing my new skins. Also, among the 40 skins, you know the best 5 or 8 will be most used. I'd be damned before I see a full 40-of-a-kind diversity in the XBL community.
I suppose it bests serves for the aesthetics of the game, but IF you were to ask me...it doesn't serve any practical advantage to the building aspect of the game. Either case, 5 dollars isn't all that expensive, and I know what I must do...buy it and join the bandwagon : P

Everytime I spend money on something I will say it's alot, but then I remember that it cost $5 for a hamburger meal that will last a few minutes.
Skins last forever, deal with the $3 it cost for 40+ of them.
I'm quite sure in the 80's there wasn't internet porn. or ponies.
Or stupid teen drama's, or over used vampires and werewolves, or corny R-rated movies.
Or unoriginal cartoons, or stupid reality TV show's or Disney's latest shows.
Am I the only one who finds it somewhat entertaining that the title of this thread is "Calm down already" yet the first post is in many ways more animated and energetic than most of the threads it addresses?
