It should be out in the next few days to the most end of this week. Why? Because regular retail games go into microsoft certification testing and gets approved within a couple days - week. It says up to 10 days because if they find bugs then they use the 10 days to fix and its released. i had a good friend that worked in Microsoft for a bit and this is what he told me. Just thought you all should know.
it really depends on how much other stuff is coming out at the same time, and what they are. certification for AAA titles will go ahead of an update for an arcade game

Microsoft cert testing has always taken 10days, That is why BF3 players suffer to PC players (PS3 had the bf3 exclusive so gets them early anyway)

That is not true. Because Microsoft and Sony Receive it at the same time. Battlefield was made for PC so naturally it's going to receive everything first. But Sony and EA have some deal going where they get EA related stuff sooner. Similar to Activision and Microsoft in receiving CODMW3 downloads early.

^ Was announced submitted for Cert on the 8th, was available the 14th I do believe.
