Just believe me when I say I tried for like 3 hours to find a good flat one and this one wins hands down
I'm not the kind of person who usually likes doing this, but if you want a third person to confirm this map seed, I can. This is by far my favorite seed at the moment for building.

Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't capitalization affect seeds? If so I believe the seed should be "turnofthetides" (without quotations).
