Ive heard from about 3 sites and 4 people that the skin packs will be 160 msp. Not confirming anything here, just saying.

UTC 2 AM
PDT is -7 which is 7 PM Pacific
CDT is -5 which is 9 PM Central
EDT is -4 which is 10 PM Eastern

Not to mention that I know for a fact Central is 2 hours ahead of Pacific, so the time has to be 2 hours different. And I know Eastern is 3 hours ahead, the time has to be 3 hours different. You are mixing daylight and standard times.

Im working when it updates. i like that though, i can just come home at 12 and the update will be there. ive been excited for this one so im glad i have something to do in the last hours before it.

So just to get this straight, I live in New York which is EDT, so what time will I be able to receive the update? Tonight (Thursday) at 9PM or is it tomorrow (Friday) at 9PM?

Tonight at 10 PM. Since Eastern time is actually at EDT atm we Easterners are getting it at 10
