You could try the seed [ i ] [ / i ] just take the spaces out it wasn't letting me write it all together. its by far the flattest seed i know of you will have to do some landscaping but no where near as much as you would with any old random seed.
There is no seed for something that flat.
Your just going to have to stop being lazy and flatten it yourself.
I have stated multiple times that I am just looking for something similar to a flat seed so I can save a couple hours. Or where you too lazy to read that part yourself?
Could build it up a mountain. Most places look nicer with a bit of elevation.
Thanks for the suggestion, but I have all of my blueprints and designs ready for an even city. It is supposed to be an "urban" metropolis meant for lots of people.
