I request a seed with a very flat 642x642 area for building grounds. So far, all of those given for other threads have been proven unsatisfactory for my digital claustrophobia. If you are certain that it generally follows the qualifications, post it in this topic.
Extra info: It will become my new city. My past 205x90 two-story building which held players before was too small. This one will have 288 12x12 properties, 144 28x28 properties, 4m thick Gravel roads between each plot of land, and 9 32x32 properties for government buildings and public use.
I feel shameful for this bump, so I shall give out some extra information as well. The highest thing in the world must be around 15m above sea level. "turnofthetides," "flatgrass," and "Bambi" have shown to contain more mountains then I would prefer. May you please just post some good ones, people?
you could build around the mountains or just dig them up
I would rather spend a few minutes asking for prematurely flattened lands for little work on terraforming instead of spending lots of hours digging down mountains.
Reay your wrong go the oppisite way of the end of the map and you will be there guarenteed
You don't understand; the city will be over three fourths the size of the entire world. Read my qualifications; I do not want "some of it to be flat" or "part of it to be flat." I want it to be almost completely even (exceptions involve 5-10 block high mounds every 20 or so meters).

No way you're finding a seed that flat... you're going to have to do some serious clearing if you want something that flat.
After looking through all the threads asking for flat land and not finding anything that fits your specifications, what makes you think someone will be able to give you one now?
Unless you want to call Notch and ask for your own private seed, or hack, there is no seed out there with all flat land. Your gonna have to WORK, to get a flat area.

I know. I just want to save at least 5 hours.

I am sorry that you have such a quitting attitude. This is why we argue with each other in every other thread.

I know that!! I JUST DON'T WANT TO CHOOSE A RANDOM SEED WITH MOUNTAINS AT EVERY SINGLE TURN! Sorry, sorry. I went a bit overboard there. I hope you still got the point, though.
im telling you 123456789
And I am telling you 123456778NEIN! I am sorry, but it is not following my specifications. We are moving on.

He does have a good point. If you can't find it in the threads than why ask us now? And he doesn't have a quitting attitude, he faces reality, you just want a magical seed thats pretty much flat with no water and few trees and really tiny bumps in the map. You have to face the prospect, there is no such seed. You MIGHT save 5 hours, but i'm thinking 10-20.

I never asked that there should be no water in it, no trees, or any of that stuff you said. It isn't "magical" for there to be at least one seed in the universe with only small-large hills dotting it. Hell, I live in Louisiana, and I haven't seen nearly as many elevation changes as I have in Minecraft!
Hello. This postscript is directed towards everyone. If you are going to post something that isn't relative to the thread and instead just random hogwash, do not post anything at all. So far, four different people have been trying to be rude and unhelpful.
Honestly, I wasn't trying to be a ****. I was just saying that your request is unrealistic, and there are a ton of other threads with people looking for the same thing. If someone had a seed like that, I'm sure they'd share it, I don't think anyone's holding out on you.
Also, I'm not sure I've gotten into any arguments on this forum (yet), with anyone, let alone arguing with you on every other thread...
That's pretty dark of you to know that seed, but I am testing it...a few mountains, but looks pretty flat for the rest of it. I will keep it on my imaginary list.

Wait...WHUT! It's seriously flat? That was just a random seed off the top of my head I've never even heard about it or used it. Cool...

I just tested it. There were mountains surrounding the spawn, and then you could see even more of them in the distance. Denied.

flat towns are boring.

That explains the mountains. Other than that, though, it is pretty flat. I still want to remember that seed.
Your just going to have to stop being lazy and flatten it yourself.
