please show me where in XBOXs TOS It says I cant removing players



So this gamertag **#**[email protected]#$ sent me a message asking for invite. (Hence its private)

He got an invite to game and party but only joined the game...we waited to hear from him to no avial.

So he was removed from game..

This lead to a nasty message informing me that I could get a 48 hour ban for removing him.

So I ask...can anyone show me where in XBOXs TOS does it say they will govern developers servers?



I know its not there, as this is ludicrous ( not a rapper)

yeah bro hes bluffing if its a PRIVATE game and YOUR the host you can do WHATEVER YOU WANT so you are correct sorry about the caps i was just emphasing the parts that cancel out his claims to get you banned

Just ask him to tell you what part does so you can read it yourself, that should shut him up pretty quick.

Also, you can't post his gamer tag here.

It's obviously not. Otherwise probably everyone on Xbox Live would have been banned at least once by now.

I love getting messages from people where they say "I know someone (usually a dad, brother, or distant relative) that works at Microsoft and when you get on tomorrow, your Xbox is gonna be banned"

I've heard one of my friends say that before, I thought he was bluffing like everyone else.

Turns out he wasn't lying and got someone a ban for glitching outside of a map.

However, most people are lying and are only mad because you did something they didn't like... For example killing them, and because they're too pro to not be killed, you must be hacking. Or, in this case, kicking him from game.


Edit: Coincidence? Maybe.

Abusing exploits is different.

I know its fake, as thats what I told him.

He kept after it though..

I can tell you don't play online games with randoms very much, lol

Also, everytime I see someone about to maybe join my game (eg "gamertag has started playing Minecraft" I save the game, in case they come in and poo in my biscuits as it were.

Saving with out a doubt..It was private and he asked for an invite.
