Its your mind playing tricks on your equilibrum. I have it too and not just in video games. I always have to look away lol. Its like some people get car sick, some people cant stand high places, real or imaginary.
This happens to me every time. My first thought is " ah crap!". Followed by my stomach jumping into my lungs. Normally I have to look away until I hear him thump...

not really. It's a sense of vertigo. This type of feeling can happen when you dream also. Feeling "the sense of falling" is by no means related to being addicted to video games.
This more or so happens when you immerse yourself, or focus completely on the game itself. I know my tummy churns if I almost walk off a cliff.
My god I hate it when I suddenly wake up and I had felt the falling sensation.

anyone else get that "falling feeling" when falling from high places?
