Okay so I made a new world and built a house and every time I try to sleep I get woken up with an arrow to the face or a zombie nawing on me. I've checked and there's no dark spots or holes in the house. I even tried sleeping in a small hobit hole I dug and till get attacked. Is this a glitch or something?
I have had this happen to me as well. Although I still do not know how it happens. i moved to a new location during that same night and it seemed to fix the problem.

Also, dig around for caves around and under your house if you're at ground level. Sometimes mobs that can spawn in an area with an unlit cave very near the surface can also spawn on thes surface regardless of lighting, so the whole area needs to be bright.
