Hello, i was recently building a HUGE boardwalk type think in the sky and and a town on it. While i was building the floor i was "crouching" or "sneaking" and when i placed a block sometimes i would fall. And btw, im sure i was crouching.

It could be that you're walking onto the block and the block despawns because blocks seem to despawn when you're in the blocks space
Actually this has happened to me and I noticed if you crouching and move over the spot where 2 blocks meet(near edges) you can fall off. Also the despawning seems to get worse the longer your playing, At least for me.
