Well, if you're going to spend 250$ + on a console, I'd think one would want to purchase more games for it (at least console exclusives) other then Minecraft. ._. Unless you're that hardcore of a fan, lol.
In your case however, it was wise. Saved yourself 220$! Similar to what my friend did; found a thrown away computer because it's processor had died, replaced it, and worked like a charm. Ran various games very well.
