OK im slowly finding out that 4J system they setup for this game blows like no other. Or xbox live is gay. whoever is to blame they suck.
So if i make a online game anyone in the world can join without being on my firends list. It could be someone i played mw3 with a couple days ago... anyone who trypes my name in to friend request even if i say no to them.
I think this is a major problem. I created my own answer to this but the problem is it takes a couple days to make my anti griefer area and id have to do it on every map which is hell no. Why in the world would they allow such a crazy ssytem is beyond me.
I really think they need to give some function of an allow to join list or an allow to build / dmg things. Cause its slowly getting out of control. Leave your stuff on 24/7 and ull start to see people randomly joining that are not any friends of anyone. It happeneds all day long to me.

Invite only works fine on my game. Not even my friends can join when it's set to Invite Only.

Invite only works perfectly. Maybe your friends are inviting people in, did you know they could do that? It's amazing to think that your friends can invite people to your game!
It's called stating the obvious and making you feel like an idiot, not flaming. Learn to tell the difference, or not, I don't care. Don't you think that if I had broken the rules, the mods who I apparently give a job would have acted accordingly? See how they didn't? That's because I didn't break any rules.

Anyways, you can just set it on Invite Only... However, being able to set permissions and ban would be nice too (similar to how Total Miner has it set up, but not exact). And of course being able to unban.

I like the thought of an options of a "view only" variable where people that enter can't change the world or certain choosen areas unless given permission by the host or server.

Actually, unless you have one helluva unique bug then invite only works well all the time forever and always. It's amazing how only you and people in your game can only invite people to your world.

Sorry but it's impossible to make a public game without getting the shits. You can kick people if you dont want them but by the sounds of it you only want your friends in the game so just invite your friends to the game and make it invite only then it'll be fine.
Also, right above the invite only box is the "Online game" which you can switch off which means NO ONE can join your game. No... one...
