I have a 60x45x10 slime farm. The floor is at level 6. It is well lit so other mobs dont spawn. I think it has all the requirements to spawn slimes. But, I HAVE FOUND NO SLIMES!!!!!! I ALWAYS PUT IT ON NORMAL!!! Can someone tell me why no slimes are spawning?
Slimes don't just spawn anywhere, they only spawn in what are called slime chunks. Slime chunks are pretty rare. If you know the seed you used to create your create then you can use a slime chunk finder to find slime chunks. Just go to google and type in slime finder. If not you'll just have to go around looking for them. If you find one then just build a 16x16x5 area where you found that slime and more should spawn.
