Is it possible to grow Cacti without having one single piece of Cacti growing in your world?

Or is it possible to find some Cacti in a Mob Spawner Chest?

The reasons I ask this, is because I can't seem to find any in my world. I've explored and uncovered all the surface of my world and didn't find one piece of Cactus in my world. Now I'm wondering if I can somehow grow it or find it in a chest.

Your lucky, All I have to do is walk 30 feet from my home and theres hundreds of cacti everyone. Infact most of my world is desert

I'm 99.9% positive you can't find cacti in chests, only naturally. Sorry to say. My world didn't have any sugarcane/reeds in it, so I couldn't make my cake or bookshelves.

I've explored it several times over, in my attempts to find hidden clay. I've even checked my map and it shows that i've been to all corners of my maps. But I'd be sad if I can't find Cacti in my world, since I wanted to make Luigi but without green dye, that hope is slipping away.

My world is the same, no cacti whatsoever. Unfortunately you can't get it any other way. It's a shame really, no cacti or clay in my world.

I am finding alot of worlds have shortages, I have seen cacti, I have no snow or taigas.

Ive found sugarcane, wheat and seeds in chests, why shouldn't there be cacti?

But for real, one or two cacti don't cut it. You should find a seed to play on with a variety of biomes so you don't run into this problem.
