So i made a slime farm, but now after the patch i hit one with my fist and it just dies. Not like before. It doesnt split up into smaller ones. Do any of you guys have the same problem?
I haven't tried it since the update, but before, I always had to shoot them until they were in their smallest form, and then I could hit them to drop slimeballs. If I hit them in big or medium form with something besides arrows, they would just die.
Punching them works for me after the update. Are the slimes taking any other damage(such as fall damage) before you punch them? Causing an overflow of damage can make them die instead of splitting.
