i have this problem constantly. i was to lazy to read the other post but all you need to do is have one bed in each house. (no more than 1) make sure there are no openings in the house, and have LOTS of lights depending on how big the house is.or if that doesnt work the pattern is mostly like this.
go to sleep and wake up to about 2 skeletons
then go to sleep wake up to 1 zombie
go to sleep then its day time

My houses usually have more than one bed and I almost never get attacked at night, when I do its usually because I leave the door open

My only problem is I get a few visitors when it is raining(endermen). I hate these vaulted ceilings. I have 8 beds in my house and they get used constantly. One bed was cursed no matter where I moved it the occupant would get a midnight awakening, but the patch worked its magic and I've had no troubles sleeping since. Now I just cringe when we all wake up in the morning and there are 8-10 creepers looking in the windows.
in my new worls my friends and his visitors are always awakened by these mobs. its funny cuz no mobs go in my house. even when the door is open.

Doors are a tricky bit. When I placed my door it did that thing you would normally find in a stronghold.... Where it is open by default. Now closing the door and going to sleep causes monsters to spawn, but having it open does not... Confusing I know. But it is the same concept with double doors if you use them. 1 door has to be open while the other shut oddly enough.

My First World, always getting back to is a pleasure I enjoy with each new update that brings in more things to add in.
How large is it. If your house is too large they can spawn perhaps. Try reducing it into seperate rooms.
Otherwise it could just be that it's too dark in your house, try adding more torches or glowstone to brighten things up.
Ok thanks its about 120 blocks long and 30 or 40 wide XD
And yeah im gonna split it into different rooms with some oak wood

Endermen can teleport into any area that is 3 blocks tall or taller regardless of lighting conditions. Because they can do this instantly, where they actually spawn is totally irrelevent. The only way to ensure that no endermen will ever enter your home is it keep the ceiling height at 2 or 2 1/2 blocks.

Oh, how long? They've fixed a lot of the issues. They only seem to be spawning if it's too dark or I leave a door open.
