Read this before you comment. Don't comment saying that there is clay you're just not looking in the right places.

My question is "Is it possible for a world to have no clay whatsoever?"

Here are the rules to apply to replies.

1.) Starting a new world is no option. I have way to much and I do not want to lose it.
2.) I do not want seeds for new worlds.
3.)I want a simple straightforward answer.

I have researched it all. Before the patch clay was very hard(rare) to find. It could only be found along the XZ Axis. From NW to the SE of the map. I have searched about 5 places with sand and water without finding any clay. The rest is all Forest/Water/Grass/Sand(with no water nearby). I understand some worlds might not have snow or something similar. But this is a specific block. Like Diamond, Gold, Iron, or Coal. If it is possible for a world to have no clay at all, then would it not be possible for a world to have no Diamonds, Gold, etc. too?

So it is very simple. Is it possible for a world to have no clay whatsoever?

First post on here. Sorry for any misunderstandings.

I don't mean to confuse you that I can't find diamonds or so. I mean that "If" it is possible for a world to have no clay, then it would be possible for a world to have no diamonds, gold, etc. Clay is a block just like any other, therefore if you had a world without any clay whatsoever, then it is possible to have a world without any diamonds,etc. "In Theory".
