I build rails from 8x64. It's 512 rails. I go into minecart on start and go. I don't get achievement I try this two time, but nothing.
What is wrong? Maybe someone have map when i can get this achievement? If someone have, pleas write on to my gametarg: Sevcio13
Read the achievement closely, I believe it says that you have to finish 500m from where you started.
In other words, you can't just build a small circle and go around and around until you get to 500m. You have to lay track pretty much in a straight line for 500m to get the achievement.
My track wasn't in a straight line when I built it because I followed the edge of the big island on my map. I just kept going until it was long enough but it took me many more than 500 pieces of track to build it that way. Since I didn't have gold for powered rails, I wanted to keep the track perfectly flat and use one powered rail for every 35 regular track sections.
So you probably just made some turns in the track and it isn't 500m yet. Just add some more track until you get the achievement.
I didn't save my world after getting the achievement, because I didn't want to have to use all my iron ingots for all that track, and also have to tear it all up after I finished. I just re-loaded an old save and carried on.
I try it solo. I not build a rails in circle. It's a long straight line. Only last 20-30 rails is on edge map (rails turn in right), cause i not propping of it.

That's your problem. Go to the other end of the track and add the 20-30 rails there. Right now you have 500m of track but it only takes you 480m from the starting point, understand? It's trigonometry and geometry and stuff, but just trust me, add the track at the beginning of the line and you'll get the achievement. I had the same problem, I put down 500 pieces of rail and didn't get it. I didn't understand, but I kept adding more track and eventually I got it. I wasn't a full 500m yet because of the turns.
