The interface opacity slider is a welcome addition for those of us with plasma displays.
(The image retention on my Viera is very bad after playing Minecraft, even after using the Viera's anti-image-retention/burn-in tools, and even having set my contrast to low.)
The problem now: the crosshair graphic does not respect the opacity setting. Meaning that the crosshair burns in to the screen.
I'd really like to see the cross hair affected as well. Not worried about burn in. Just want to make a clean vid. It's not COD, and the light black tracing of a selected block is perfect.
Thanks for the hot bar option!

Seatbelts are not as confining as Wheelchairs. Buckle up.
Thanks for that. I was so happy the update came out today and I could finally play with reckless image retention abandon....then I noticed even with low opacity that giant cross hair still blazes like the sun.
Wow, thank you very much for this...that's what I call listening to the customers! I too was disappointed to see that the crosshair was not affected by the interface opacity setting. This fix will allow me to finally get back to playing after having to set the game aside for what feels like ages.
Is there a timeline or rough projected date for this 1.7.3 update?

THANK YOU SO MUCH!
After playing Minecraft yesterday, my wife got on the TV and complained about the crosshair showing up while watching a movie.
(I realise this is really Panasonic's fault, not yours, but any help with image retention is appreciated.)
