I imagine you could accomplish this using detector rails and redstone to trigger the doors. The only issue is I don't think you can place doors on a block where a rail already exists, so it might not look perfect but you could definitely rig something up.
I have one rail on the roof coming down into building that I used trap doors and detector rails that seems to work but like braws said try a gap for the door. Im thinking of trying later when I get home to try a combo of a gold rail, detector rail, gap with steel door, detector rail, gold rail. Not sure if it will work but it’s worth a shot I guess. My building houses 6 or 7 rails to head to different friends houses, my monster spawner, and across the map achievement rail. The trap door on the roof is the best door so far. Hope I helped with some sort of idea.
