Ok, so today I was fighting a zombie with a diamond sword and when I killed it, I went to retrieve the feathers when all of a sudden I started to lose 0.5 hearts per second. I quickly stepped out of the area and I stopped losing hearts. I went to retrieve the feathers again and it happened again. There were NO skeletons, No creepers, and NO spiders in the general area.

So at that moment, when I stepped into that general area I kept on losing hearts. I purposely killed my self to see if a "troll" message would pop up but it just said "You Died!" like always.

Has anyone else expirence this or did I just had a weird glitch or something?

Just sounds like a weird glitch.

Maybe the world had trouble rendering a block and you were suffocating every time you walked forward. I've had something like that happen to me once.

There was a glitch in the PC version called the northwest corner glitch. If lava was in the following pattern you could be damaged without seeing the lava:





I am pretty sure this has happened to me on the xbox version.

Maby try placing and removing a block in the location and see if it stops?

This sound like a glitch. It could also be an invisible block or something that you are suffocating in.

sometimes when the gravel falls down it disappears and if i move in that area i take damage as if im being crushed, maybe the game thought the zombie was crushing you?
