So, you just got out of a great cave, you have a stack of iron, some gold and diamonds, and as you're making your way back home, a creeper comes out of nowhere and kills you. Do you reload the previous save, back at you house? Or do you yell and try to find your way back to your stuff (unlikely that you'll find it)? Furthermore, do you think that it's cheap that since the Xbox version doesn't use autosaving, and therefore you can always reload your save if something goes wrong?

He's a slacker jack and he's okay, he games all night and he sleeps all day.
I know the xbox version does not have autosave but what is that saving symbol that pops up the top right of ur screen about every 5 minutes while playing? it says saving bricks or something... If its not an autosave, what is it doing???

When it does that, it's updating your leaderboard stats.

It depends. If I didn't have a good mining trip and only picked up some iron and coal and cheap stuff like that, I'll try to find my stuff but I'll cut my losses and continue on. But if I die and lose diamonds, I'll reload a save. Diamonds are precious.
I've only done it once because what happend was an accident. Since the game doesn't show you which blocks other players are mining, I fell to my death when I walked over a blcok that then got mined out from underneath me.
That's the only time I've done it though. If I fall into lava out of my own stupidity, I won't reload.
Yes, I routinely reload my saves. Autosave may actually mess this up for me, but in all likelihood it will just make the time between my last save and death shorter, so I'll have less work to do.
I always try to save at a point where I'm LOOKING at the diamonds BEFORE I mine them, then again as soon as I get them safely home.
If I die before I get home with them, I reload and I'm looking at them to mine again (since I tend to "mine" erratically, I may never find them again if I don't save when I'm looking at them).

Have you logged a guest in lately? This happens regularly to me, the guest's current stats will be recognized as mine.
As for reloading, sure why not. Usually don't abuse this feature if there are a ton of players in my server though.
If it dies it will be your fault... SO CLICK IT!
