How rare is a charged creeper? Is it as rare as a spider jockey or Zombie Pigmen?

Equal to the rarity of Zombie PigMan. I've seen Spider Jockeys, but I've never seen a charged creeper.

Never seen one, have seen pigmen though

Probably equivalent to that of the rarity of a Zombie Pigmen (If not in the Nether of course). Because Spider Jockeys are spawned randomly while Zombie Pigmen (In the surface world) and Charged Creepers are created when Pigs and Creepers are struck by lightning. Hope this helped.

Spider Jockeys have a 1% chance of spawning naturally.
While Charged Creepers and Zombie Pigmen (On the surface) do not spawn naturally.

for a charged creeper lightning needs to hit a creeper, then you will see creeper glowing in blue

No zombie pigmen, no spiderjockeys, no slimes, no diamonds, no snow, and no taigas. F U C K MY LIFE!

It is quite rare. Maybe as rare as a zombie pigman. There has to be a storm and lightning to shock it so that is pretty hard.

I usually stay outside when i see lightning when its raining. That and the pixel art that tends to act as tinder.. But my hunt for a charged creeper has been unsucessful.
