I was playing minecraft on the xbox and an idea came out of nowhere, but I think it would be useful.

Hey look, it's another one of those ideas that has been suggested numerpus times!

Bumpers are plenty fast enough. I can get anywhere on my hotbar in about a second or two with the bumpers. I don't need a quick access hotbar.
