So i saddled up a little piggy but I couldn't control the direction he went in. He kept running into walls and akwardly jumping here and there.

Is there any way to control my piggy?

Also when i killed him I lost my saddle! any way around that?

Sadly no and no, the pig goes where ever it wants. This is a reason why the "When pigs fly" achievement is a little hard to get. Also when the pig dies, your saddle disappears.
