Minecraft lags randomly on my xbox not for my but for my friends the same 2 always get randomly kicked from lagging out other just lag a little idk the problem my internet connection is download speed 80mbs upload of 8mps so it cant be that and brand new moden and everything,,its driving my friends nuts what do i do?

I would tell your friends to get better internet. If they are using WiFi, tell them to switch to a LAN connection.
my friends are flat broke and have no lan cables long enough and yea thats what i was thinking it couldent be me with that level of connection and thoes 2 are at the same house and get kicked alot anyone else is usually fine besides the usual random lag but...thats just minecraft as usual. But thanks for your help
