I have two friends on XBL, Lets call them Howie and Joe. Howie had started a XBL world, and Joe was able to connect to him. It was no showing up on my friend list, and when I tried to join his game through the friends list in Xbox (or when he invited me) it would say "Unable to connect to Server, exiting to main menu." After trying to connect multiply times and restarting, I created a world to see if they could join me. Joe was able to join my world, but Howie was not able to, (He was getting the same message.) So as a final option, Joe created a world and we both were able to hop onto his world.
Anyone have an idea why Howie and I were not able to connect to each others game?
Yeah, I wasn't sure if it was ISP or maybe router based, but stupid Joe made me think there was something else we were missing. How could he connect to both of us and we could connect to him, but not each other.

If Howie gets a message saying how his NAT is restricted (either moderate or strict) then Howie needs to fix that by port-forwarding.
