Go into your recent players and join their minecraft maps, and try to take their valuables and stash them without the other person knowing. Really fun to do. Then if anything is inappropriate, like when we found a swatiska, we burned and pillaged his whole map while the guy was eating

I hate people that do that. That happened to me yesterday with somebody from this forum. He destroyed my house. Not playing with people like that ever again.
Thankfully i learned my lesson with Total Miner. Had a guy using a sledgehammer (destorys blocks with one tap for you that don't know. I was also on creative mode) come on my map and i gave him editing ability, but not blast (blast is the ability to use tnt, c4, and exploding arrows). He was looking around my world and when i found him he was flying around my tower (that reached the top of the map) and was destorying it with the sledgehammer. As soon as i asked him about it he left the game and it took me a day to rebuild that. Never trusted anyone ever again
I will occasionally join my friends world and break a few of his windows and move his bed, but nothing like burning down his whole map. Such a d*ck move.

Same experience with Castleminer. If I saw anyone join my MC map I didn't know I'd save.
Last I checked friends don't grief friends.
And griefers have few friends
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
Seatbelts are not as confining as Wheelchairs. Buckle up.
Thanks for the advice! I'm going to join a guy named srghg, and do it to his world
WOW that explains a lot. Well anyways, you didn't grief me, and if you say you did that was one poor job. We ended up actually incorporating the lava into the final build.
See because I was expecting this, so I turned off fire spread and TNT as you probably soon found out, and everything was bedrock so it wouldn't blow-up anyways.
Fun times though, could've done more in my opinion.
I always disable ability to mine on my maps, that allows people to visit and look around while the rest of the team works without having the fear that some **** is gonna break crap cause hes got no creativity at all, and gets his rocks off destroying other peoples stuff.
When breaking in a new member our team always has someone with the new guy at all times, keeping a close eye on him for a week at least. I haven't been greifed yet, thankfully though i have had friends go through the trouble, one of which had a nice stash of resources just getting ready for building phase back in 1.7 when he lost almost everything to a 'friend of a friend' so to speak. I spent a good month helping him recover on a new map.
I'm kinda surprised we don't have a list here of people to look out for, what they did, and whom reported him so to speak.
SO WHAT YOU'RE SAYING IS YOU JUST NOW DISCOVERED GREIFING?
I've never had "fun" being an asshole.
Is your name Gaylord Steambath ?
Yes, it was in the air above his house
