I just started a new world with the map seed :10110101 (easy to remember if you think 101 + 101 +01)
It has some sweet awesome mountains/cliffs/overhangs. I'm planning to do some awesome stuff on them...I'd rate my creativity at a 7/10 (not counting redstone) and my building style at a 6/10. So i was hoping you awesome people would have some ideas. The first thing i have now is i'm building a glass walkway (3 wide with fence on the sides) out over a lake so you can jump like 80 blocks and land in it. I'm also building 2 cliff-side houses along the walkway i built down the mountain.
Here's a list of it all below:

1.House for the glassway jump into the lake. (80% done)
2.The glassway jump over the lake. (30% done)
3.Walkway down the side of the mountain. (100% done)
4.Two cliffside houses along the walkway down. (1st:5% 2nd:5%)
5.First night house down on the hills below the mountain. (100%)
6.Mine i used to get some iron. Next to the start house. (Goes about 25 blocks down.)

Planned:
1.Outpost/House at the bottom of the Mountain Pathway.
2.Finish cliff houses.
3.You tell me!

I want some opinions. Nothing big like:Make a floating village. I want a building at a time. I don't have FB so i can't post photos and I'm not sure how to do it with my camera (getting the photos on this page).

So, lets hear your thoughts!

Edits: HallMonitor5 I have yet to explore the map and haven't found any snow biomes. Anyway i am looking to do something with the mountains...not the snow. Thanks anyway, meed.
Saltine713: I don't have enough iron to do that yet...and my glass walkway is in open air 80 blocks over the ground.

denya:First of all, my friend doesn't like fighting and second of all, i can pwn him and since it's only the two of us theres no point.
NILLOC_916: Wouldn't wool be...a bit less sturdy? Creeper statue? Thats a lot of green dye/sheep. I like the glowstone idea except for the fact i don't have any of it...(or the nether for that fact ) Reichstag? No thanks.
Drnk_up: I was looking for detailed ideas. "A mob trap" doesn't give me just of a...plan. If i did build one i wouldn't blow it up for several reasons. 1.Wastes my work. 2.Destroys land. 3.I could kill the mobs with bow/sword/sand/lava/water/cacti. 4.Takes a lot of sand/gunpowder.

Make an igloo village.

I say a train station with rails that go in different directions. Maybe make them underwater? Or under your glass walkway?

Use wool for walls to your houses . The added color is nice.

Reichstag

Put glowstone every 6 blocks in the middle of your glass walkway.

Giant creeper statue. The creeper gods may accept your offering.

You should make a trap for mobs and rig it with Tnt and let it blow

I was looking for a detailed idea that won't use Diamonds/nether stuff. Maybe i should ask again when I've made it to bedrock have chests of stuff sitting around.

I say a train station with rails that go in different directions. Maybe make them underwater?
