does any body know if there will be commands in the next update as well as creative mode and therefore you could ban and such?

They have said there will not be any console commands in that Live Stream with the update info.

1.8 will most likely include Creative Mode, but it's not the next update. The next update is 1.7.3. and it's coming in July.

Not really due that you would have to take out the keyboard and type,etc and it would take too long.

I still hope that the Op can chose who is in creative and who is in survival ( Like in PC ) ( Also it was done In Toatal Miner Forge )
