Hey all! I'm new to Minecraft, but I am loving it so far.

On the Xbox version, what is the little chest icon that occasionally appears in the corner of the screen? I always assumed it was an auto-save icon, but I soon found out this was not the case.

I had a very unfortunate situation with a Creeper. I had a dispenser connected to a button set up right next to my front door, so if any mobs approached the door, I could manually shoot them dead from inside the house. With a creeper standing right outside the door, I hit the button, only to find that it also opened the door...

This let the creeper in, and within seconds my entryway was obliterated. D'oh! I exited the game without saving, thinking that it had been auto-saving this entire time and I could go back before this happened. I opened up the game again, and found myself much further back in my progress than I had anticipated. This sucked because of all the building I had been doing while playing. Lesson learned.

But back to the topic, anyone know what that symbol is?

I see. That would be a great update. Until then, frequent saves would do me good. Thanks for the response!
