Not sure about the first one, but if you google minecraft images you will get millions.Also look in the thread on this page where people are uploading images. I've searched online and there are dozens of minecraft web sites where you can find images of buildings and such. Actually the number of images I've seen are overwhelming. You will be suprised with what you will find. Also another good tip is to make friends through here and add them to your friends list on Xbox. Then go and check out their world. I've seem some amazing stuff people are making on the Xbox version. Good luck...

1. Most likely it will. But in the future post this on the PC forum, because snow isnt in the XBOX version yet i think.

Snow is in the Xbox version, other wise i wouldn't be asking...
and yeah I have checked google and youtube, but most google images are just the front view of it, it doesn't give me much to go on. I would actually like dimensions to be included (number by number by number) so that I get a better idea of how big to make it.
