I played minecraft a bit like 1 year ago and today I found out that there's a xbox-ersion avaliable. I especieally like the possibility of playing with friends via splitscreen. I also read that the current xbox-version is (far) behind the pc-version. Of course I know that its even without the new features is a great game, still the xbox-version (at least I hope so^^) will be patched up when time comes.
Will it be possible to stay on the same world, if a new patch is out, or do I have to start a new world in order to use the new features then?
My problem is that I can't motivate myself building something big and cool, if I know I'll have to start a new world anyway in a few months, cause I dont think ill be playing a lot every day.
I'm especially looking forward for those iron golems. Wanna build a castle with my own army
