Mobs STILL wont spawn

In my mob grinder i posted about earlier
They just wont spawn i added about 20 pieces of glowstone in the canals and on the sidesI also switched the glass into fences

You need no light glass bad glowstone bad torches bad lava.. odds are bad as well

Might help look for version 1.6.6

Are you on peaceful? Also if you want sheep,cows, and pigs they spawn on grass. And maybe it needs to be 4 tall then roof
