Well, I have an SDTV, and bought the game first-day for the splitscreen, found out that it doesn't work with SDTVs, and got a refund. I was told when I received the refund that I would still be able to access the game. But I was also told by another MS agent that I could be banned for accessing any part of the game...
Was just wondering if anyone else has gotten the refund, kept playing, and been banned for it?
I recommend calling XBL support, asking if you can play it. I doubt it though, as you did get refunded, so the game should've been deleted. And if it weren't, you'd basically be getting the game for free.
Though I completely disagree with it if you can. You got a refund so you shouldn't be allowed to play the game anymore since you have no longer paid for it.
I'm guessing since you got your money back you can't play it. That'd be like getting the game for free... and Microsoft just wants more money -.-
