So, I am building a Storage Minecart System, and while I was testing the launcher, I came across this problem. Whenever you place a halfblock (cobblestone) next to the launcher, you are able to open the chest, but then the launcher won't operate properly. But when you place a full block (cobblestone), it will run fine, but you will not be able to open the chest, even though it says: LT to OPEN.
Don't know if this problem has been released, hopefully there will be a fix to this.
